What products do you export?

We export a wide range of agricultural products:

Are your products organic?

We offer both conventional and certified organic products. Our organic range is certified by NPOP (India), USDA Organic (USA), and EU Organic standards. All organic products come with proper certification documents.

Can I request product samples before placing an order?

Yes, we can send product samples for evaluation before you place a bulk order. Sample costs and courier charges are typically borne by the buyer. For serious inquiries, we may waive sample charges which can be adjusted against your first order.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product:

  • Fresh Fruits/Vegetables: 7-21 days (refrigerated)
  • Spices: 12-24 months (properly stored)
  • Rice & Grains: 12-18 months
  • Dehydrated Products: 12-18 months

All products are shipped with at least 75% of shelf life remaining.

Can you provide custom packaging?

Yes, we offer custom packaging solutions including private labeling, custom pack sizes, and branded packaging as per your requirements. Additional charges may apply for custom packaging depending on order quantity.

Our export process consists of 9 steps:

The typical timeline is 25-45 days from order confirmation to delivery.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product and destination:

  • Fresh Fruits/Vegetables: 1 container (20-25 MT)
  • Spices: 500 kg - 1 MT
  • Rice & Grains: 1 container (25-28 MT)
  • Dehydrated Products: 100 kg - 500 kg

For mixed containers or LCL shipments, please contact us for custom solutions.

Do you handle customs clearance?

We handle export customs clearance at the origin port in India. For destination customs clearance, it depends on the Incoterm selected. For CIF/CFR, the buyer handles destination clearance. For DAP/DDP terms, we can arrange destination clearance as well.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Letter of Credit (L/C): At sight or usance L/C from reputed banks
  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Wire transfer via SWIFT
  • Documentary Collection: D/P or D/A terms
  • Advance Payment: 100% advance for small orders

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms vary based on order size and customer relationship:

  • New Customers: L/C at sight or 30% T/T advance + 70% against documents
  • Established Customers: Flexible terms based on credit history
  • Small Orders: 100% advance payment (with special discounts)

Can I get credit terms?

Credit terms are available for established customers with a proven track record. After 3-5 successful transactions with advance/L/C payment, we can discuss credit facilities based on order volumes and payment history.

In which currency can I make payment?

We accept payment in major international currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, and AUD. All quotations are typically provided in USD, but we can provide quotes in your preferred currency upon request.

Delivery and transportation information

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by destination:

  • Middle East: 10-15 days
  • Europe: 25-30 days
  • Asia Pacific: 15-20 days
  • Africa: 20-25 days
  • Americas: 30-35 days

These are typical sea freight transit times. Air freight is available for urgent shipments with delivery in 3-7 days.

We offer all major Incoterms including:

  • CFR (Cost & Freight): Available

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we provide complete shipment tracking. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the Bill of Lading number, vessel details, and container number. You can track your shipment in real-time through our shipping partners' websites. We also provide regular updates via email and WhatsApp.

What if goods are damaged during transit?

All shipments are insured under marine cargo insurance. In case of damage during transit, you need to:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt
  2. Take photographs immediately
  3. Inform us within 24 hours
  4. File a claim with the insurance company

We assist throughout the claims process to ensure quick resolution.

Do you provide test reports?

Yes, we provide complete test reports with every shipment including:

All tests are conducted in NABL-accredited laboratories.

What if the quality is not as expected?

We stand behind our quality commitment. If the received goods don't meet agreed specifications:

  2. Arrange for third-party inspection (if required)
  3. We will investigate the issue promptly
  4. Solutions may include: replacement, credit note, or refund based on the situation

All quality claims must be reported within 7 days of cargo receipt.
